Instructor fee is based on length of each
individual class to be taught (see Instructor Class Fee Schedule below).

The contracting organization is responsible
for providing classroom facilities and reimbursable expenses (instructor’s
lodging and meals, transportation, mileage expenses, shipping expenses).
|
|
When extensive handouts are used, a
per-student materials fee may be added.
|
|
Students are responsible for bringing any knitting supplies
necessary for the class. A supply list for workshops will be provided.
|

Special topics may require higher fees. |

Fee Schedule for 2007 for 2007-2008 |

Full-day (6 hour) workshop: $500 |
|
Half-day (3 hour) workshop: $300
|
|
Additional half-day (3 hours) of same
workshop class: $200 |
|
Program seminar or keynote speech (up to 30 to 60
minutes of lecture/demo): $100 |

Susan is on the East Coast and Jill on the West Coast, so travel fees can be
reduced by selecting the one closest to you. If you want both, class size
can be larger and the second instructor an additional one-half of the fee.

Workshops are limited to a maximum of 20
students (unless otherwise agreed upon) and assume adequate space to
accommodate students and instructor(s) comfortably. |
